My ex-husband has an RV in this place. There's a lot to be desired, they have restrooms on the property as well as showers that are VERY DIRTY!! He pays $1,044 per month for lot rent I asked him why so expensive for such a place and he told me well my electricity is included how much electricity could one person use for god sakes! This God forsaken place is not worth nowhere near the amount of money that he's paying. They need to revamp this place it's old and it shows would not recommend

Please do not plan a stay around what management tells you on the phone or in emails. We contacted the park about a long term stay in a fifth wheel we were looking to purchase. They said no problem, they had availability. We told them year make and model, again no problem. We purchased the unit, called to make arrangements for a spot and they told us they would not accept the unit. Suddenly, they don't accept anything under 2000 model and ours is a 1997. They were very rude and unapologetic about the denial. I hate for anyone to plan a trip to Florida, show up and not have a place to stay like they did to us. Attached is a photo of the fifth wheel for reference to see it's not an old, bad looking unit.

By the back I've seen a couple of people trying but not sure If they ever caught any.
Yes, the sign on the door states... Office hours 8am -8pm Monday thru Friday. If you arrive after hours, please pick a site & register in the morning.
An acquaintance of mine was there until recently last year. He had been there several years. His rent went up $300. I'm thinking they must have a different agenda or plan to greatly improve and chase out some of the longtime residents 🤔

Just open lots for weekly you have to bring your own camper, Rv or tents if brave enough in this heat. Once in great while people that have trailers in there sometimes sell if they move but haven't seen any lately.There is a place right up rd from stage stop you can rent rvs n campers by the week though Giant Recreational World. Not even a block away
I don't believe they have tent sites. If you want Lake Louisa State Park does in Clermont.
Unfortunately, as of July 1st, 2018, our insurance company no longer allows us to have outside visitors use the pool. You must be a registered guest, staying in our park.
Yes mom the do if theirs one open they also sell them on property but hard to find one
