Absolute amazing service provided by Jack. He provided service to my hospital bed that has not been working correctly for quite a while. The first time he came and looked at the bed he diagnosed it in about 15 to 20 minutes. He explained to me that he had to order the parts but I was not going to be in any danger and the bed would not fail on me until the new parts arrived. Just a couple days later he showed back up at my door with the new parts in hand and installed them on the bed. He went through every adjustment on the wrack of the bed frame. He made sure everything was in compliance and fight. He then handed me the controller and asked me to see if I noticed a difference. The bed response is so much quicker and it actually raises to full height now. Jack cleaned up all the parts and equipment that he used. There was no trash but he swept up the area. He communicated with me the entire time he was doing the repair. I did not feel as if I was in the way in one bit. He is an asset quality Med company. He did his job well, he did it fast, he did it with care and concern, all about keeping in contact with patient If everyone could treat each other like Jack did me, there would be no need for complaint departments. I am beyond satisfied. I am very pleased with this work. Scott

I called last week as a new patient and asked what I needed to do to get new cpap supplies. Was told to get order from doctor. I walked in today with my order only to be told they do not accept Medicare or Florida Blue! Nobody told me that when I called. Nor was I asked what insurance I had. I have wasted my doctors time and my own due to this fact. I don't understand how a company that sells lift chairs, scooters, and oxygen equipment does not accept Medicare! These are all supplies older folks need!
