I had an eleven o’clock appt for 2 pedicures. At 11:35 they were no where near ready to seat us and didn’t even acknowledge we were waiting. This was the second time this happened as I realize things happen but I won’t be going back there. They book too many appointments and run very behind. They are not considerate of peoples time.

I went to Lee Nails 5 days ago, Owner was rude and did not do as I requested. I specifically said I wanted the regular polish for my fill. They put gel polish on and charged me 40.00. within the 2nd day first nail cracked and broke, the 3rd day another nail cracked and broke and another nail chipped. I have been getting my nails done for 20 + years and nothing like this happens. I called and they told me it would be 8.00 per nail to fix. Never again will I go back. They rip you off, and they make rude comments about the clients in Vietnamese, little did they know my sister in law is vietnamese and I have learned the language. When I spoke in Vietnamese let's say I really embarrassed them.

If you don’t want to work just say that don’t be rude to your clientele. I will never go here again and I will not recommend any of my friends.
