From the second I walked into his office his staff had a warm greeting for me. When I met attorney Ohle I was very much impressed, not only by his professionalism, but also his knowledge of the law and knowing exactly what questions to ask to evaluate my situation. He was also very personable, and genuinely showed that he cared and was sympathetic to my problem. He then helped guide me in the best way possible to resolve my situation. He is definitely a lawyer that cares about people and not really about the money, as his rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend him to anyone, he is a lawyer that will make the difference in your case, and your life. If I could rate him higher that 5 stars.......I would !!

Spoke with one of the best attorneys I've talked to after searching and searching. This isn't a fake Google review. Downright relieved my stress so much I left this review. These are the people you want.

Simply put Michael Ohle is a top tier criminal defense attorney. I’m not saying that because he’s a nice guy or because he’s well known in the legal community. I’m saying that because he’s effective. The courts out here hand out jail time to criminal defendants like candy to kids on Halloween, that goes for misdemeanor and felony charges. I hired Michael to represent me and keep me out of jail and thats exactly what he did. Without him I’d be spending the next 23 months in county jail instead of at home with my family. I don’t remember exactly what he charged me but I remember it was fair and what he did for me in court was priceless. There’s a lot of great things I could say about Michael Ohle, he’s a gentleman, he’s a dedicated attorney, he gives 110% to all his clients and many other nice & truthful things but the point I want to leave you with is this. He’s the guy you call when you need to stay outta jail. I don’t think there’s a better compliment for a criminal defense attorney. Money well spent! 5 stars!!! All the way.

Questions & Answers

What should I know before consenting to a Breathalyzer?

If you refuse a Breathalyzer test in Fort Pierce, you’ll be arrested and charged with DUI. If you consent to a Breathalyzer and are found to be over the legal limit of .08%, you’ll not only be arrested and charged with DUI – that evidence will be used against you in court, limiting your DUI defense lawyer's options.

Can my car be searched if police smell weed?

The legalization of hemp has changed the answer to this in recent years. Because marijuana and hemp smell similar, odor alone no longer constitutes probable cause to search a vehicle in Florida.

How long does a DUI stay on my record?

In the state of Florida, a DUI stays on your record for 75 years, making it all the more critical that you contact a Fort Pierce DUI attorney immediately after your arrest.

Is it possible to represent myself in a criminal case?

Theoretically, you could, but it likely would end in disaster. Consider this: When attorneys themselves face charges, they hire other lawyers to defend them. When your freedom is on the line, the do-it-yourself approach is resoundingly discouraged.

Where can I locate a loved one who was just arrested?

It depends on the jurisdiction in which the arrest took place. Our website breaks this down; however, you should always call the detention facility to ensure that your loved one is there before making the trip.
