It's sad what these people do. The system is so broken it's sad. So many innocent peoples lives are being broken from these people, from people doing small crimes that don't hurt anyone, to them separating families apart. Michelle says she doesn't deal with the family court, but my documents prove she's a liar.

Ms. Jones, When an eviction case is filed, it becomes public record, allowing it to be searched and viewed online in accordance with Florida's public records laws. In addition, credit bureaus may or may not pick up a final judgment that may be issued in an eviction case. Whether or not a credit bureau reports this is outside of the realm of the courts and depends on when the information is reported to them. We hope this information helps.
You will likely need to get an order from a judge. File the appropriate motion or claim of exemption.
