For over a year, the phone never works. It rings once, clicks and the hangs up. I tried to go to their website to book, but the site no longer exists. Sent a Facebook DM and was able to schedule an appointment. Showed up for my appointment on time. Six minutes later some acknowledged my presence and then said my stylist was not there, but she knows about the appointment. After 17 minutes I left and went to Blenders of Hair. In the chair now. I moved to AK in 2019 and loved Shear Fire. We were on the family plan, always full of stylist and they did a great job. Sad 😞

When I leave Shear Fire I look better than when I came in...the owner checks to make sure everything is done with flair and beauty. The prices are fair. Thank you.
