Great place great people . a mature place. The office staff are great people. Kelly is always ready to help . The ground crew have it all together as a team. I would recommend to anybody traveling to stop by and see for them self. Wi-Fi and cable are great . The little store inside the office has a vast of goodies from acandy bar to a nice bottle of wine. On site propane filled is a plus and the price is very reasonable. Very nice at night to sit outside and just listen to nature. Their is a 5 mph through the park posted. All in all a nice place .Clean ,friendly, affordable, and pet friendly. Dog pins, playground,out door bbq pit and the river is just a hop, skip, and jump away. If your drive through and need a place to get some shut eye this is the place.

Charged me and sent confirmation email for a site that wasn’t actually available. Received a call hours after I started heading there with a paid and confirmed reservation telling me that there weren’t actually any sites available. Huge inconvenience and shouldn’t have happened. Might be a nice park, but I will never know.

If you are in a pinch, and need a place to stay short term, then this will suffice. The pictures do not show just how cramped this park is. For 55$ a night you will get a tiny space and no privacy, it is almost as if you are camping on top of each other. We payed for two nights, but ended up leaving the next morning, it’s just not the place I wanted to be. The pool, bathrooms, and WiFi, was out of commission when we went; this is not a new thing, but they don’t update their website. However, they do have a nice dog park area and the workers were really nice!

Nice to be in the green by the river, bur tight spaces for the price. Also its not cool to withhold the bathroom/laundry code and then close over the weekend. Should've been listed on paperwork or map.

Yes they have daily weekly and monthly rates but they're very picky about who they allow to stay there monthly
For one night the price ranges between $17 to about 25 depending on what type of space you want with what type of hookups

They also give Good Sam and Veteran discount. Dog park is amazing. Very nice camp ground. Speed limit is 5mph. Seriously.
They charge weekly, but if you pay for 2 weeks at a time you save $100. I'm pretty sure they only do 2 weeks at a time! They don't do permanent residency!
We personally didn't fish but we met a gentleman who says this is a great fishing spot for bluegill, etc.
My suggestion would be to call them regarding availability. Right now my father is there and they are pretty full. I'm sorry I don't have their number handy.
They have many long term people there. It's really a nice place. They have many people working on it all the time. The grounds are maintained well. Just call them and at least get put on the waiting list if there are no spots available.
Yes they take that size but please call first because they have only just a few and there park has a lot of long term already living there. I stayed there a week and my RV is 39 foot.
I am not aware that you can not book out 6 months ahead. The office is very accommodating if you have a particular site you want request it.
