BEWARE!!! We were given food that had gone bad. Thankfully no one got food poisoning! We took it back. The manager said he would remake the order. He only heated up the food that we returned and put it in new containers. We just threw it away and counted it a loss. If you have to take back an order to be made again, be sure to watch to make sure this doesn’t happen to you. We will NEVER patronize this location again.

I WISH I COULD PUT NEGATIVE 5 STARS!! This Williams Chicken is horrible. Everybody in the drive through line had to wait 45 mins to order at the window not at the speaker because they said only order at windown and when you get to the window you are told to pull in a parking spot at the front to wait 8 mins for your order, but it took over 15 mins to get the order and then everybody else after us had to do the same. WHY?! There is nobody going into the lobby to order just drive thru. There is 6 workers in there working. WHAT ARE THEY DOING? THEY NEED TO CLOSE DOWN

Staff is always very nice when we come by. Food is hot and fresh. Can't ask for much more. Yes the line can be long during the day, but let's be real, what place isn't short staffed right now. Be patient and enjoy !

I ordered Chicken, Gizzards and a Red Soda, I was not given my card back by this older man before pulling off and then this older lady brought it out to me while I waited on my food and a little later my food was brought out and me pulling off didn't notice my drink was not given to me, was not about to go back, we get home ready to eat and the Gizzards were tough and not cooked long enough, I was not wanting to go to this Williams Chicken because of the last visit years ago the chicken was to salty, I went anyways and look what happened, very disappointing also when you don't know if your card was being scammed, I will know who did it, horrible place to eat from!
