do not waste your time with these folks. either they have no training or just dont care about the customer. reserved a suv two weeks ago. only to recieve a call on friday the day before pick up that no cars are available. steveie boy tried to give me a song and dance routine about the way it is with rentals. did not work stevie, i travel for my business.in 25 years i have not experienced the bull--it that you tried to pull. remember this snowflake, you work for the customer,not the other way around.and you never know what large corporate accounts your putting at risk when you act like you did. however your fixing to.

I highly recommend avoiding this company with everything you can. Or be prepared to be changed random fees, poor customer service, and low quality car. Try to ask to speak to a manager, they're not a liberty to give you contacts. Avoid Hertz, go anywhere else. Because they will give you a dirty car, and charge you for their internal communication problems and lack of quality. Funny thing - I saw many reviews saying this happened to them while renting from this company, and I trust I wouldn't have any issues. But nope - they must be hurting for cash because be prepared to screwed.

After a rocky start to my rental, the team here went above and beyond to accommodate me. I made a reservation two weeks in advance only to be told ten minutes before hand that they didn’t have a vehicle ready for me. Within the hour they had brought one from another airport, and got me going. Other than the smoke smell that I was able to get rid of easily, they did what no other car rental place within 80 miles could do for me, and that was get me in a vehicle for my long trip across Texas that weekend. My experience with Hertz Midlothian was super great. Greg is very professional with outstanding costumer service skills. I rented a dodge minivan from this location and while I was driving it, I noticed the steering wheel was shaking, when I returned it back same day, Greg replaced it for me with a 2020 Nissan Armada for the same price. I took the car for a short road trip and when I returned it, he fixed all the pricing adjustment and he gave me the final receipt with the total price. Fair & no complaints. I would recommend this location (Hertz Midlothian) for anyone.
