WORST PLACE TO STOP on Kaiser pass. Had a snake den in our campsite and scorpions in our shoes. Bees CONSTANTLY in our food and basically almost got carried away by mosquitos.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS Not kid friendly and barely adult friendly EVEN if everywhere else is packed. Shaver or Huntington are way worth the drive back down if everywhere else is full. Or try jackass meadows.

Love this little campground. Sometimes to many mosquitos but great fishing and a place to get away and relax. Been going to Ward lake for years.

Yes it will. There is a road that can only have 1 vehicle go thru at a time. But it's beautiful
Been going to Ward for 20+ years. Mostly pan size trout. Very small seculded lake. Only about 10 campsites. Kind of off the grid. First come first serve. Nearest campground w cabins several miles away.. very treacherous one lane road not suitable for trailers or motorhomes.
