Next-door neighbors moved out a week ago and left a bunch of trash outside asked management to come pick it up. Have refused have ignored all my voicemails all out of the options, not picking someone else’s trash up, raccoons have started to pile up.

I wish I could give it no stars but I had to leave something in order to leave this review. My mom has been a resident here for the last year and a half. Her A/C has been going out every other day; the apartment gets to unbearable temperatures 86+ and it’s always an excuse as the outside temperature, AC has a leak, etc etc. she has heart issues and has been to the hospital numerous times because of this and nothing is being done so now I’m taking it to the news sources and bringing awareness to whoever is reading this. $1800 a month for a unit, I would expect for the ac to be functioning properly and not be cockroach infested, as well as all the disgusting piles of trash that are kept in the front by the exit. Clearly we are not the only ones with similar complaints and nothing is being done therefore I am going a step above and speaking with corporate.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! I lived here for a couple of months I believe and it is crazy how much they are charging for apartments that have horrible a/c, are cockroach infested, super tiny, and have terrible management. When I lived here the unit was infested with cockroaches, and the a/c was always at 80 degrees and the lowest it would go is to 76 degrees, my baby had heat rashes because of this, and their incompetent maintenance workers said it was the outside temperature. Please do not make the same mistake I did, I lost a lot of money moving out because they did not want to give me my money back for the first month I stayed there. It’s absolutely disgusting, and they do not have any lights in the back it is pure darkness.

The worst thing about this place is that they would not respond to my requests for a security deposit until I threatened to go to small claims court. Even then, they didn't give me the full amount back which is against Florida law after so much time had passed. Additionally, it was nearly impossible to get a hold of the front office while living here. The garbage was not contained well so flocks of birds would come and throw the garbage all over the property. A very overpriced apartment with generally terrible management.
