I don't know if the AC is broken or something, but holy cow, it is so hot inside there. If it's like that all the time, I will not be coming back. I work outside all day. The last thing I want to do when I get off work is sweat inside!

It's a decent place to get a reasonable price of a large load of laundry, but the Free Dry is only 15 minutes that does nothing to dry clothes no matter how small or large in size. Pay dry is over priced as well. Edit added: The attendants are rude and unhelpful. I understand this is a thankless job, but when a customer present them a problem such as a broken machine the workers respond defensive as if we're accusing them for what they have no control over.

I have been coming here for about 3yrs now and today I didn't have a good experience. I needed 2 large dryers to dry my blankets. There are 6 but one is out of service The attendant said she needed all 5 of them. I explained that I was a customer too and needed to dry my blankets. I had to put 4 blankets and aafew sheets into 1 dryer while the attendant had 1 blanket in the dryer. She could have used the smaller dryer for a few of her loads I guess I was suppose to dry my blankets in the smaller dryer or wait for her to finish. I just don't think she shoysh of had an attitude about it. I don't think the attendant should take up all the large dryers when Im the one who is using the large $7.75 and $10 washing machines and she used the $5 washing machines. I left 9 minutes on the dryer and moved my blankets to a smaller dryer. The attendant used the time and didn't even say thank you.

Free dryers need i.say more? Yes because somehow the clothes come cleaner here than anywhere else! Always worth the drive from dixon!!
