Very nice gated community. It also has a golf course, country club. None of the houses had pools. The homes are probably a bit more reasonable cost than PGI. However, I would live here if I was 55

Semi-private executive course in gated community. Greens in good shape, very fast and undulating. Fairways ok, but some tee boxes, grass can be sparse. Gas carts, no GPS. You will probably use every club in your bag.

Nice course, well maintained with plenty of traps, bunkers and ponds. The greens are challenging, mostly elevated smaller with slopes and fast.

Don't recommend it. In POOR condition. This could be a nice executive course but they don't put any money back into it. Cutting grass is the only work done.
I pay 34 for 18 holes with a cart. That's a Sunday Tee time a.m. rate
