Nice staff but cold nuggets, dirty tables and long wait for food. Short staffed. Great view. Kiosks off.

My first clue should have been that they were out of poweraid we proceeded to order and approached the window, and were given our first two happy meals in a reasonable amount of time. We then sat at the window for the next ten minutes waiting for our first two happy meals and chicken sandwich. The girl at the window appeared to be staring into the abyss and not doing anything. After another 10 minutes she asked what happy meals we had been given already. And then another 10 minutes our food appeared with no explanation or apology, the food was sub par compared to any other McDonald’s I have tried. One of my kids didn’t eat there chicken nuggets and the other did not eat the rest of there food.

I visited this location during a very difficult and emotionally exhausting road trip. By the time I was in the drive-through I was crying. I would have done the receipt survey but I misplaced my receipt, so I hope the manager sees this. The employee who handled my transaction was so nice and kind to me in a moment of vulnerability. She went above and beyond to make sure I was okay. So to the employee working the night of 5/1/22 at about 9:00 pm with the super cute glasses, thank you. <3

If I could put 0 stars, I would. The woman that took our order was very rude to us because we didn't have masks. Also, the food was mediocre even for a fast food. Plus, what we paid we could have just gone to a diner. I'm done with McDonald's!
