Couldn't get anyone to help in store. So I went home and purchased online. Shady rebate stipulation prevented my reimbursement for free dishwasher install. Purchase a $599 or higher appliance and get free basic installation of $169 via rebate. Fine print says you cannot purchase the item plus installation online together. The installation must be purchased separately to qualify. This is completely unnecessary and unreasonable bait and switch tactics. Buyer beware.

Nice clean store with a lot of stock. Prices have increased. But these are the times we live in. All stores have jumped on the "let's increase the price" bandwagon. The deduction of one star is due to the items not being where the Lowe's app says they are. Employees explained to me they move things a lot. No kidding, do you think they might let us customers in on that so we don't have to go searching? They do not update the app as far as in-stock items either. The app says they have it then it says it's available tomorrow. 🤔 Nice store despite these factors.

Today was an experience I never thought I would get from Lowe's in Arlington Texas. I bought a washer and dryer last week to be delivered to me but kept being delivered to an address I did not provide. I called multiple times and not only was the lady rude she went to we can refund you instead of just getting it delivered to the correct address. I drove up to the store as I was in appliance department I asked an associate to speak to a store manager who also kept walking with a horrible attitude. Finally a nice gentleman walked me to the front to speak to the manager who turned out to be the one I originally asked to get me a manager. So not only was the lady on the phone rude the store manager also briefly blew me off. Store manager Alonzo was quick to want to refund rather than help me get my order delivered. With this type of customer service I accepted the return and I took my business to Conn's who ended up not only selling me the same exact washer and dryer I walked out with a $9,201.19 tab. If only Lowe's had the customer service Conn's professionally had maybe they would have made this sale. Lowe's is now a place I will not ever return to buy from.

New job. New tools. New attitude. Let's go!! Oh yeah,. Lowe's was well stocked when so many places are not. Not the best customer service. I wondered around for about 20 minutes and not one associate asked if I needed help. Oh well.

No. Check with your city for the local drop off dump. Or, if the old one still works please consider donating it to a local charity or I would drop it at Goodwill
