If I was to rate my direct experience here I’d give 5 stars, as personnel was quite nice, and business straightforward and easy. However a week later I needed to call in for a clarifying question and the man on the other end was….quite a douche to be honest, a bit ornery perhaps having a bad day, and in a lousy mood. Need to drop to 3 stars based on that experience.

My son and I met at Best so I could sell him my car. The ladies there go out of their way to be helpful. We had some complications with my son's insurance since his old car had been stolen and they knew exactly what had to be done. Stacey handled the paper work and was very efficient.
