The manager/owner is very RUDE and the place is NASTY. We did three loads using three washer and one of the washer stop working in the middle of a cycle. When my wife notified the guy (Allan), he told her that the washer will restart in a bit. After 5 minutes, I went to his office area to notify him that it hasn't restarted. He tried to reason out and even told me that he told my wife that she needs to notify him if the washer doesn't restart which is a total LIE coz he only told her to wait a bit.
