We used to go here periodically but we won't in the future. The prices are high given that the quality so it only makes sense to go there if there's a sale or coupon. The problem is they don't always honor their own coupons. The people who work there are borderline illiterate (or pretend to be) so it's very frustrating.

The employees at this store are extremely lazy and unhelpful. I was there at 8:30 AM. Very few customers, most of the employees were standing around doing nothing but, when I had a problem in the self checkout, the guy who was supposed to be helping in that area couldn't be bothered to even come over to help EVEN WHEN I ASKED HIM TO! He simply yelled some unhelpful instructions from across the floor. I figured it out for myself. I never shop at Lucky. I was just there for some dog treats. This is exactly why I don't shop there. Really bad service!

Expensive and mediocre: Stopped by to pick up a few items late one night. Prices for common items like milk, eggs and produce between 25 percent and 75 percent higher than Safeway or even Whole Foods. I asked the cashier about it and he told me he never shops there for the same reason.
