I need managers contact information. I have always had a pleasant experience here! All though today wasn't the best one I will still remain a customer. I do have to ask how do I get in contact with the manager?!? Today one of the workers took my clothes out of the dryer folded them and gave them to another customer. When I asked about my clothes she stated she didn't know and then tried to blame me for my missing things because she thought I had left when I had been sitting in my car outside the facility awaiting my clothes of which I had set for 99mins so they couldn't have been that dry when she took them out and folded them with a customer and gave them to him. When she realized she had folded my things (after I had asked for the managers number) and gave to another customer she then apologized which I do appreciate and said she knew the customer and would try to get in contact with him I asked for the managers number she said she would text them but I would like the managers number. A lot of my toddlers clothes were in there some that I need for church tomorrow, a bed protector, and clothes for my other 3 children were in there I went in there with a medium black trash bag full of clothes and now I don't have them. so if whomever this guy she folded my things with and he left with them is if he doesn't return them I would like to know what will happen. Please manager if you see this I would like your information thanks again this was a bad experience but this place I have been coming to for 3 years and this is the first incident so still a valued customer

Alex is amazing.. she always has the laundry spot clean and is very welcoming. Her customer service is great!! Alex makes laundry pleasant. It’s always spotless in there even when there a lot of people doing laundry. She is a joy to be around! Keep up the great work Alex. Customer’s notice and appreciate your excellent work ethic!

I love this place, it's my go to especially when I have like massive loads to do that it would just cost too much at my apartments. Most people here are super nice. Might come across the occasional weirdo depending on the time of day.
