Dunno if they have a specialist for that but they gave us a medicated shampoo that worked amazingly!

I think town and country needs experienced tech you can try a kennel to start then maybe boarding place to see if that fits then go from there

Check with Town n Country. Our Newfoundland orgamization uses them in this area for vetting with Newfoundland rescues here locally. It is actually where we met our big girl we have now...we liked what we saw that day years ago and have continued with them. Very kind to pets and humans.
