Go here way too much bc it’s the only food in Albany. You’ll never get fresh fries here. They sell them no matter how long they’ve sat out. You may get some extremely stale fries. A lot of the time the cook also will not clean the grill, so you may have black bits in your food. Would also like to add that when I worked at this place, they made me do the job of 2 people, and I was the only person doing this. I would highly recommend not giving this place your business.

Food was sub-par and I didn't finish my meal. My kids didn't finish theirs either which is saying a lot because chicken nuggets and french fries are a real treat for them! We come through Albany to visit family in Muncie and I won't be making the mistake of stopping at this McDonald's again.

I watch the staff mess up 3 orders while waiting for mine only to find out they gave it to the wrong person who came back to complain about they also got the wrong order. They had plenty of people working they just kept making a lot of mistakes. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order off 40 chicken nuggets and 2 pies. I pretty sure I won't be going there ever again unless I lose my mind or I'm starving to death.
