I set an appointment and it got canceled. They did not tell me that they were going to call me ahead of time. Had to reschedule but 5 stars because they gave me a note so my work wouldn't get mad and suspicious at my explanation of what happened.

I don’t know where to begin. I just recently moved back to town and have been in search of a new doctor. I decided to give this place a try. Highly disappointed. The woman in the waiting Area is extremely rude. (Med length red bob and glasses) I went in to the urgent care side and asked if I would be able to be seen and without asking any information she instantly said no. Luckily the other young lady called me over and allowed me to fill out my paperwork. Today I called in reference to the same appointment needing a note. She put me on hold for 20 minutes and then hung up. Then when I called back and explained what kind of customer service I received she responds “Well they’re busy soo…” Do not recommend coming here. It took me driving THIRTY minutes to the office to get an answer after 4 phone calls, and they didn’t bother to ask any details so the information was incorrect. Will never return here.
