The receptionist has always been my biggest help. The first face you see and voice you hear set the tone for anything you may do. And I can say everything she does sets a great tone. If it wasn’t for her I’d be in a much different situation. She’s kind, understanding, and truly a great mental health professional. That office falls apart without her and she is the backbone, period.

Got there at 8 am didnt get seen 11 am. We were the second people to arrive. After taking our money we have not heard from them in 3 months. An appointment was never set up after the evaluation. Had to go somewhere else.

My evaluation appointment I felt she listened well and made me feel assured that I was gonna be in good hands. My second appointment with my meds doctor went well. She honestly understood and knew exactly which direction I should focus on first and motivated my efforts to gain control of my mental health and life back in order again.
