I wanted to love this place as much as the reviews think I should. Maybe I visited on an off day, or maybe it’s just not my cup of tea. I purchased a peach/lavender cobbler cupcake - there was no lavender flavor to it which was disappointing. The other flavor we tried was chocolate revelation & the consistency of the cake seemed very dry. The place itself was cute, clean, reasonably priced, and the proprietor is super friendly.

What a nice spot for a relaxing get together with a friend for an absolutely magnificent cupcake. There are plenty of flavors to choose from, some more adventuress than others, hence the name. They have reasonably priced coffee and tea to accompany these tasty treats. Stop by and give them a try, I don't think you will regret it!

OMG! This young man recommended TPC since I was looking for chocolate cake. They only have cupcakes but they are the best cupcakes I ever had!!! Moist, not too sweet with a surprise in the middle. If ever in Wilmington NC, you must try them. Reasonably priced too! 😋😋

It’s a cupcake experience! Great atmosphere with a great display of cupcakes. The staff was delightful in helping with unique selections. It is a great place to hang out and enjoy.
