After trying many different types of gyms, I have finally found one that I enjoy going to. I love the group training aspect and enjoy having a coach to encourage you and check your form during the workout. The coaches are fantastic and are very personable and knowledgeable about health and fitness. The owner is great and cares very much for his members, as evidenced by the member appreciation parties that he throws.
