Today 8/16/2022 I received an email from here saying my name was up and needed 8 check stubs. This person was so nasty, rude and unprofessional. I am at work and could not stop working instantly to email/scan check stubs. It told me it was moving on to the next applicant! NEVER gave me an opportunity to send in the requested information. I am at work just as it is at work so why would you think I have the opportunity to put my job to the side and email you something that could have been done as soon as I got off work. It would have had everything requested if it had given me to opportunity to do so and would have had it less then 2 hours. I would NEVER rent with a property this unprofessional and discriminative. If you are already this rude, nasty, unprofessional and discriminative I can imagine what it would be if I moved here! I got my red flag and this was enough for me to keep it moving. Wrong one because I will NEVER be this desperate!!!

Zero stars really I lived here for 4 and a half years and always past inspection when Robin was here then this rude ignorant woman became manager and I moved out gave notice gave everything back cleaned the apartment she said I was fine then next thing I know im being charged over 3000 for something I didn't do that woman set me up now I can't even move back and United management doesn't believe me that this horrible woman at me up

The worst complex to live at . Management is HORRIBLE . They knew the unit under me had bedbugs and refuse to treat any other units adjacent to it . Until I called housing and complained on them. Even then used a company they were good friends with to lie and say they found nothing although one of the exterminators told me they did but then changed his story . CANADY EXTERMINATION . They Also refused to allow a second opinion from any other company , & refused to reimburse me for treatment out of my pockets . Anytime I ask to be present while the exterminator came they would never give me the appointment time . Several times they entered multiple apartments without warning or leaving notice. & that is not even the Half literally . Stay away from these apartments. Garner ,benson and Zebulon. All the same people.

This has to be the worst apartments I’ve been with. There is never a landlord in office. Trying to get in touch with the someone over any issues on your apartment takes weeks. They do quarterly inspection on everyone’s apartment. During inspections management belittles everyone in building. One of our neighbors were told by the landlord that they can’t use their running water until it gets fixed and that could takes a few weeks then was told to use water from bathtub or shower. Terrible place to live!!
