The Ion foot bath machine was broken. Instead of canceling my appointment, or purchasing a new machine, the staff was trained to put less than an inch of water in the foot “bath”. Because there was so little water in the machine, the water cooled of quickly and since the room was chilly, I was chilled with my feet in a cold puddle. For fun, the machine also kept beeping loudly throughout the service and the receptionist was constantly fiddling with the machine to get the beeping to temporarily stop. In the end, they took 50% off the service because I complained, very respectfully, calmly, and politely as possible and insisted that they should not have booked my appointment with a broken machine. It seems as if they have been booking appointments with the broken machine because the staff was trained on only putting such a little amount of water in the foot bath or it will beep. I will include a picture of my feet in the bath with so much water it caused the machine to beep. The water literally did not even cover my toes!! I was still charged 50% because since the water changed color, I had still received some benefits from the cold, anxiety inducing, uncomfortable treatment. I would have preferred a cancelled appointment.

I was disappointed with my body massage. I requested to have my legs focused on. The entire massage was on my back. I was looking for my legs, arms and feet as I assumed the whole body massage for $80 would include.

Since you would be new to us we would recommend for your first facial with us to be the Renew your Skin Facial. We do a consult, analysis, and recommendations for your skin type. We also customize that facial to your needs. So if you need extractions or extra exfoliation we can do that. This facial has extra time built in to accommodate all your needs. The cost is $117.
Here at Renew, we focus on the health of the nail and we do not use abrasive tools on natural nails. We do not use artificial nail products or work on anyone that has artificial nails. Our Spa Pedicures are for those that want to escape and enjoy an intimate environment just for two.
