I've always had the best experience here, the doctors are excellent, the care to date has been very good, but you can't minimize someone's concern and treat it like it doesn't matter. First I sent a message to evaluate the possibility of giving my daughter a refill, they very kindly called me back, they told me that they would call me the next day since the doctor was not there that day. I waited all day and they never called me, so I decided to call: the person who attended me was very unsympathetic, I let him know that this medication was urgent for my daughter, that she had already been without medication for two days and that in fact yesterday when they called me I explained that it was necessary while the gastroenterologist's appointment arrives in October. This person told me that he would leave a note for the doctor, that maybe he would look at her today or maybe tomorrow, I told him: ok, I'm sorry for the insistence but it's my daughter's health and she has been without medication for two days, but according to her: I understand it but it is what I can do…. How little empathy and how little solidarity can be had with a patient without knowing the pain or discomfort they are going through. It's so easy to sit behind a desk, but so hard to stop being automated and know you're dealing with lives and not machines. It saddens me to have had to deal with this person since the attention had always been very good. Maybe they should review who answers the phone and how they do it.

It's been a month since I went and the truth was a bad experience, but today I had an appointment with them and they exceeded expectations, the staff was super friendly, even one of the nurses helped me with my baby, super friendly and attentive, the doctor today was at the height thousands of congratulations for being better suppliers and improving day by day.
