My package was handed off by UPS on 9/14. Still no movement out of Butner post office and it has been 8 days.

If I could give you 0 stars I would. Whoever you got working for you is a thief! Mailed a card off for my godbaby with gift cards in it and it was being delivered right down the street and the cards were gone! If you have anything of value get insurance on it! Or don’t mail it from this post office!!

Like many others, I am waiting on a package that was moving along fine until I reached Butner USPS and now it seems to just be sitting there. Very frustrating.

I don't work at the post office and I'm not sure why they would still have your package but if I were you I would call them immediately. I would bother them just like they would bother you if you owe them money. They will come off of it then.

I have a package that shows through tracking that it has been stuck at this facility since Jan 10, 2021. I also have a relative that has several packages that seem to have been stuck in your facility. Is there a technical issue or possible theft?

What is the problem with the Butner Post Office? I have a package sitting there for over 10 days. This location needs immediate attention from their Washington supervisors.

Call the customer service line. Look up the number on Google. You will not be able to get info from the L'Enfant Office. Mail has been delayed because the employees was infected. They are hiring ppl but cant keep up w demand as with most shipping companies. Hope it works out.
