Store was I'm good shape but I was a little frustrated. So I had a coupon for a ladder i needed and yes it was expired BUT I didn't get the ladder before the expiration because I had spinal surgery, I have the wound as evidence and wasn't able to get there so when I went in today and asked the manager he was very cold about it, I told him my situation he said no and just walked away. I wldnt typically complain but the lvl of coldness he showed was unnecessary. I used to work at home depot and us there...if a customer truly had an extuation circumstance we did our best to help instead of pushing then aside
