Buyer Beware - If you were scammed - Please file a complaint with the Attorney General's Office or the Federal Trade Commission. I purchased a BMW. It looks nice on the outside but lots of problems. There were engine lights on the owner assured me that it was ok and only because he didn't use BMW parts. I had problems from Day 1. It wasn't driving correctly and it would power down. Then more lights came on and it started stalling. Called them up and they said I need call a garage. Well at that point I didn't have the car 3 months nor did I even have many miles on it. Then more lights and drive malfunction error appeared. Took to a garage and 12 codes came up. It needed sensors oxygen and crankshaft, battery was done. Needs an oil change. Called Elias back and they said this is normal and can happen overnight. No it's not and they sold me a bad car. I asked them what they were going to do to rectify it. They told me it wasn't that bad. I wouldn't allow them to act like it was nothing. They finally said bring the car and they will repair it. I did and was concerned that it would leave me sit on the way there. Called them several times over the past few days and they keep telling they called the BMW place and were awaiting a return call. So I called BMW and they said they never received a call. Called Elias back and they said they would get back to me. Never called back so I called again and they said they needed two sensors not one. Once again called BMW and no call nor were any orders placed. Tried to call them back and no answer. I put $3700 in cash down, and was informed that my balance of payments needs to be made in cash in person. It's a little over 3 months, they have the car for a few days, I'm out $4400 and have no car. And I saw other reviews for people that the same thing happened. Finally got a hold of them via phone after several days and now they state they fixed the car and if I want it back they're going to charge me $865 for parts. The car was a lemon when I bought it and if I had that money, I would have had the reputable garage fix it. Absolutely horrible. Never had such a bad experience and on top of it out of all that money plus the money to diagnose it and they have the car. I never thought this was possible.

Buy a vehicle and from the Day 1 I have not stopped having problems with the vehicle the worst mistake of my life has been a headache but I am dealing with a lawyer let's not be fooled so with sacrifices and effort we make loans and trouble to buy a vehicle and what fakers So they deceive us, well, we don't and thank God that some have not touched the bad cars because I did An deceived 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 don't buy from that dealer for kindness is that they deceive you they are very sincere and complacent to create trust and really deceive me They sold the worst car of my life 🤮🤮🤮🤮
