Call Cnac they will transfer you to them its a more secure line for them to answer try that or go into dealership itself if have to and get them to do what you want Im having similar problems as you and so far what Im doing is working
Ppl that purchase a car from there shouldn't have to call cnac to get to the service department! But Everytime I go in there he on the phone
