I’ve had good credit and I’ve had bad credit and this is by far the worst business transaction I’ve ever been through. If you plan on buying a car and would like an easy painless process save yourself the runaround and then go to West Herr. The Basil resale Center on transit Road in Depew is by far the worst dealership they have. However, Chris the finance manager at the Sheridan location in Williamsville put to rest The runaround I was receiving from the transit Road location. He got me what I wanted and took care of me and explained everything to me the way it should’ve been explained to me the first time around I do appreciate his professionalism and his time for making the rest of this a smooth transaction. If you do plan on going to Basil make sure you go to the one on Sheridan Drive in Williamsville. But for me personally this was a tough couple weeks

If I could give negative stars I would. BUYER BEWARE vehicles are priced on the website $5k below actual list price. They tell you it was a “misprint” and can’t change it. Very unprofessional sales and financing staff. Outright lied to my son. By far the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service I’ve ever had. We definitely did not purchase a car from them and I highly recommend you don’t either.
