Very unprofessional. I made an appointment to tour this place and had exactly what I was looking for in the appointment. The website also said it was currently available (thus available to tour). I get there, and the guy looks at me and then says that he knows that the website says it's available but they're behind on getting it ready, so they can show me the outside but that's it. What the heck?! I can see that from Google! I tell him and the lady that came over that it would've been nice if they called me to tell me that - remember I MADE AN APPOINTMENT THAT WAS CONFIRMED BY THEM. THEY HAD MY CONTACT INFO. (I drove 2.5 hours to tour places because I'm moving from out of town) and they just stood there staring at me like "oh well". SO COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I got the place because of how quiet it looked when I came to check it out. So far, since the day I moved in, the noise level has been terrible! You can hear every car, truck, motorcycle, train and planes that passes by; and every conversation going on outside of your apartment. It’s non stop all day long, all week long. I have complained to the front office multiple times times. They just tell you they can’t do nothing about it. Worst mistake I ever made.

I was in the process of moving to the heights but things happen aug 12 2022 is when I did the application and Stacy the property manager she was so helpful and so nice even though she was really busy I really appreciate her for helping me . Then after everything was done she told me the company was going to send me a link so I can send my husband's income ... Monday came no link sent ... So by them not answering the phones when you read the reviews that is somewhat true . So Tuesday came no link so I went up there cuz my husband was asking me did they send the link I said no so Stacy said she could have send the link so if you could have send the link while you didn't send it you told me the company was going to send it red flag and then she was saying I wasn't on the lease I'm like of course I'm not on the lease we didn't even start the process yet another red flag I really wanted to move here but that situation was not professional so they were supposed to refund me half the money and it's past the seven business day and I'm still waiting I haven't gotten my refund money yet smh
