Customer beware! Took my car 8 times to be serviced for intermittent noise and regular maintenance. Spent over $1500. After the 8th time for the same issue, I asked to speak to the manager. Left a voicemail for the owner, no response. Was told I needed to pay an extra $2000 for power steering leak and low coolant which was a lie. My car does not have power steering fluid it's electric which was confirmed by the manufacturer and another mechanic. My coolant shouldn't have been low since I paid for regular maintenance. Took it to another mechanic and was charged $ 20. Told I don't have any leaks, my car doesn't have powers steering oil issues or cracks in the coolant. 8 days of my time wasted. Worste; I trusted this shop 8 times, meanwhile they were trying to rip me off again because I'm a female that didn't know much about cars.
