Stopped in at Tai-Kai jiu jitsu (visiting Syracuse from out of state), and boy was i impressed. Ken and his coaching staff were excellent. They made me feel welcomed from the start. Little things, such as introducing me to the class and making everyone aware that i was a visitor helped me feel more comfortable in this new school environment. Techniques taught were detailed and concise and the students there were excellent training partners. This is one of the best schools i have trained at and wish i could have trained more. I would highly recommend if looking for a school to train in the Syracuse area.

I trained at Tai Kai for 4-5 years when I was younger, and the support, camaraderie, and generosity, is unprecedented. The owner(s), trainers, and teammates are some of the most polite, honest, kind, hard-working, and professional people I've ever met in my life. I have plans to continue my training with these amazing people, and highly encourage any and everyone, of all ages, creeds, and backgrounds to do the same if possible. I promise you will never find a better group of people to be around. I cannot say enough positive things about Tai Kai Brazilian Jui-Jitsu/ Martial Arts, Liverpool, NY. They have truly changed my life for the better.

I went to Tai Kai Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as a child. I grew up a wrestler and Jiu Jitsu definitely gave me advantages on the wrestling mat. I learned new ways to maneuver my body. I have always contributed my success on the mat to my time spent in Jiu Jitsu. Definitely a fun time as well as Ken is the best coach you could as for. As a child, I always remember how patient he was with us. He was able to teach and show us things so we could understand. My only regret is that I stopped going!

This was my first MMA gym. Even though it was my first time I never felt excluded from training. Everyone there is always ready to help you if you want to learn something. The instructors are awesome and even the higher belts are really …Thank you. We enjoyed having you in class :)

Talk with Ken (text the number above). There are multiple payment options that he can explain in person better than posting.

At what age can I enroll my son? He's currently 3.5 years old and I feel like this would be good for him for many reasons. So I'm curious how old he has to be before he can be enrolled? Thanks in advance!
