I am so excited about the purchase of my new Bronco Sport from Academy Ford. Colin Campbell was absolutely fantastic to work with. He made the whole process … easy. I was super impressed with how knowledgeable he was about all of the features of the vehicle (I mean every little thing!) and how thorough he was when demonstrating how they all worked. After all of the paperwork was signed he didn’t just hand me the keys and send me on my way … he spent a lot of time reviewing some of the key features again and made sure everything was set up with my preferences before I pulled off the lot. I cannot explain how much I appreciated this. I was also very appreciative of John Eckhardt for his patience while reviewing the paperwork and explaining things (sometimes several times).
