Lisette stepped up to help me and she was energetic and eager to help which was impressive in of itself, but when she needed assistance, your closing manager, Ky came to assist. His calm demeanor and patience with Lisette was top notch! I would like to recognize these two for exemplifying the true meaning of customer service!! Deno the store manager went above and beyond for me....my check engine light was on after I just replaced an O2 sensor and my check engine light was still on and he went out of his way to grab his code reader and cleared my code for me. I just want to say thanks to Deno for clearing my codes today and solving my issue. Even when I didn't buy anything from the store today he went out of his way to clear my check engine codes. So thanks Deno for going out of your way for me today. That's customer service.

I needed a battery for my Ford Fusion. I found help with the online chat verifying that the battery was in the store location near me. (City ave). I was greeted warmly and treated like a friend. The GM Char and assistant Mo installed the new battery for me with excellence. I'm so glad I went to this location for my automotive needs today.
