I purchased my car in July from Cappellino, and it had a leaky sunroof. Finally just got in the second time to get it fixed (2 months later) my car is filthy with oil and oily finger prints on my windows, seats, carpet. The trim was not put back correctly, one piece not at all! And the tech punctured my seat and scratched my dash and glove box. HORRIBLE job and experience. Not to mention the first time I brought it in to get the leak fixed and car detailed, the car was scratched on the outside, and the wax that was applied got all over the black trim and there’s just random white streaks everywhere from the wax. I am livid. This is my first used car and the entire experience has been terrible.

Had an appointment for 8:30. At 3:30 I called for an update and found that they could not fit it after having the vehicle all day and I need to bring the vehicle back in. To top it off, they scheduled my shuttle service for 4:00pm but the driver ends his day at 4:00 and was not available. Didn't fix the problem, didn't communicate, wasted my time, set me up for a shuttle service at a time when no service is available. Not a good experience.
