When I walked in A-Max on Buckner I didn't run into any prejudice. They said "Hello welcome to A-Max" then the gentlemen and Jennifer said we will be right with you. Jennifer were in the middle of a previous claim. Then Jennifer said "Are you making a payment?" and I said no, I need a quote on some insurance. Then she said you can sit here. I'm just trying to finish this claim and then i can help you. She finished it and she gave me quotes even tho I wasn't clear on what I wanted. But I was satisfied with the prices and I told her I'll be back on Friday to get the insurance. On Friday morning I called her back told her which one I wanted and she said ok i'll have everything ready when you come in. When I got there Jennifer had everything ready for me to read and sign. For the promptness of her work, i later took her some flowers as a "Thank You"
