After a long flight from the UK to Denver, it was a pleaure to be welcomed to the hotel by the night manager. Our room lived up to the usual expectation of a GW hotel. Comfortable bed resulted in a decent night sleep despite the jetlag. Breakfast choices were great, freshly cooked. Good value too. Thanks BW.

Tried calling management before posting this, but received no response. Woke up with bed bug bites on my ankles and calf. Itchy, red dots that my doc confirmed were bed bug bites.

Friendly faces, clean, quiet However, BNSF workers took up all truck parking which leaves us trucks taking up one side of hotel parking, or dropping our trailers, and just being able to park our truck. It’s inconvenient and frustrating that the BNSF workers can fit in regular parking areas. We are here every week, and every week, we go through this! I have suggested that they be told to park elsewhere, but nothing was done. We are going to have to search elsewhere which is again, inconvenient.

I’ll give it 4 because the cleaning crew woke us up trying to come into our room… didn’t know you HAD to put that do not disturb sign on the door.. other than that good service and area, felt comfortable.
