If I could give a negative stars I would... I had the worst, inhumane, and frustrating stay when I was there a few months ago. Roaches everywhere, very sketchy, employees seemed like they didn't want to be there... They were always hiding. Office seemed unreachable...had a broken key and dead door for weeks. Had to chase down employees to let me in my room. Had to wait awhile each time. One time no one showed up! Manager rolled her eyes whenever she saw me coming to be let into the room THAT I PAID FOR. Was promised over and over it will be fixed...it wasn't.. wasn't offered any kind of coursity for the HUGE inconvenience and the emotional turmoil it caused. I wasn't even offered to move rooms. I asked and was told no. Then had the audacity to ask me why I didn't move rooms?? Your the manager... Why didn't move me rooms when I first asked. It's unnerving how easily the employees there could break into guests rooms. Someone entered my room without MY permission. Fights in the parking lot constantly, unsafe environment..I was planning on being there for couple months.. until I learned they were playing with my money.... I called cooperate, of course they gave me some heat for it.. when one of the employees said to call cooperate because he was even over it. reading the reviews I quickly learned that I wasn't the only one they have been double charging, miss charging, extra charging and refusing to give money back. They embezzle money and will make receipt full of discrepancies saying they aren't. Would NOT go to the hotel... I could write a book... Save yourself the headache and turmoil... DON'T go this hotel

They tried to resolve the myriad of issues I had with my door. They really did. I will give them credit for that, but at the end of the day it just wasn't enough. The refrigerator was rattling all the time. The shower wouldn't get warm. The door was bent at the bottom as though it had been kicked in and one morning someone cleaning the walkways with a leaf blower blew a ton of dirt and debris into my room. Loud fights at 3am. Random people knocking on your door saying they got the wrong room. Smelly trash piles on the stairs. The staff is only there for 8 hours a day, so anything that happens before 11am or after 7pm - good luck - you are on your own. I would give one star if it wasn't for the manager who went above and beyond to try to accommodate me.

Rooms were over booked but managed to honor my reservation. Rooms are a bit small for an extended stay. More than 2 weeks after my stay i still haven't gotten deposit returned. Added... filled out questionaire and still no response

First of all I had only one night's stay this invitation says for May 7th and May 10th. I should not see 2 charges on my credit card. 2nd of all my reservation said I could check in between 10-11am that was not true. This place doesn't even open until 11am. While most hotels are 24/7. 3rd - room wasn't ready until after 4pm, they said my reservation was canceled. Not true. 4th- room smelled like smoke, and they remedied it with dryer sheets and shots of Gain. 5th - bathroom didn't have shower curtain. 6th - my room key didn't work when I went to Wal-Mart to get more cleaning supplies. 7th - at 12:43AM I was awaken by security trying to enter my room saying, "some residents say this is where they stay, their room." That was very disturbing. While I was waiting for my room I looked at the reviews and was shocked. I can't believe Southwest recommended this hotel. I will NEVER stay at a RED ROOF property let alone a HOMETOWNE Studios ever again.

The office opens at 11 AM and closes at 7PM. If you made a reservation and paid, the security can let you in after office hours.
wouldn't stay there then.
I don't know what their rates are but I payed for two nights in advance and I was so disappointed, the place is dirty, I moved the fridge over to have better access to the stove and there was old food, cig buts, dead bugs under it, then the shower was dirty, boogers on shower curtain left over soap residue from previous guests, floors greasy, I took a towel across it and it was black by the time I finished, air wasn't working correctly, TV was fuzzy, don't waste your money
The people are regular people like you and I... I have been there visiting friends till way early in the evening and the people who live there just want to be treated like anybody else.... and why should you be judging them when you don't even know their story?? who are you to catch judgment on these people will just because they're having to live in a hotel room?? You need to worry about your own sins because God isn't going to ask you about theirs. 👍💯... I'm sure you'll be fine kiddo
They were closed so I left it in the room. They failed to tell me upon checkin. What a crew they had?!!!
Don't go to in town suites. They got flooded And wouldn't refund anyone's money so they were homeless. And I recommend woodspring suites
Their management is horrible. I got double charged for weekly room and had to file a complaint through my credit card
Don't do it it's a dump, just go to the microtel where it's clean and you won't get scabies.
Please call hotel help desk
I doubt it . They wouldnt open the door for a young girl who told them her boyfriend was inside dead. And hours later , she found him . Did anyone else see what happened? It was June 24
