I came into the Etown autozone location with my hood not latching. Kevin came out to assist me and noticed my cable had came undone on the inside of the hood puller. He couldn’t figure out how to get it to latch it so he went to get Roger the store manger and he came and out and got it latched for me. We shut the hood and load and behold it latched. He fixed the hood release and didn’t want anything to fix it. Outstanding customer satisfaction. 10/10 recommend this location. Thank you guys so much

Normally I would have good things to say, I was not happy here. Went to get a check engine light checked and was handed the gadget to check it and was told.i won't go out and do it. Do it yourself. Not cool. Luckily I knew how to do it.. but didn't ask me if I did or not.
