The first person we talk to very decent zero complaints the second person we talk to very unprofessional rude and Ill mannered. Almost had something delivered to my home and had it cancelled before it arrived. Couldn't provide the item we specifically requested instead insisted on giving us a different product at the same rate though the item they suggested was far cheaper then the item we requested. Didn't keep any of our information from the first call so the second person that called us wanted all the information again and was very rude about everything. Plus on top of it all when we canceled we have to now wait to get our money back that we deposited days before they even gave us the time to give them our information. Very Unprofessional. I also have everything probably documented as well so hopefully my money is brought back to my account probably.
