They forced a friend to buy their insurance but they won't do needed repairs. After a collision that should have been totaled they welded the frame back together and didn't say anything about it. They also left the airbags non functioning. Don't let them do collision repair on your car.

Sergio from Carrollton office was a great salesman. Good variety of cars. **Warning*** The mechanic shop is the reason for my low review. Everything I pay to get fixed ends up needing to be replaced. Don’t waste your money because at the end they will tell you it’s your fault.

My hunny & I came to get another car with them after getting a Cadillac previously with them. I should of known not to go through them again since the car they sold us had roof damaged and when we took it to then to get fixed they would claim they fixed it yet when it rained, it would soak through to the inside. Only reason i went through them honestly again was because i have no drivers license for my own procrastination. Sergio sold us a car with windshield damage and said we can come in WHENEVER to get it repaired for free because obviously it was not A mistake made on OUR END. I work everyday, so one day without a car is not doable for me and there’s no other car to use. It’s been a few months and finally since more damage has been done with the storm that happened i called to get it fix for no cost as he stated we can come whenever there was NO DEADLINE. Now he basically ripped me off and i am required to pay 250 for deductible for a windshield that was damaged on their behalf. I definitely don’t recommend coming here especially if you don’t need to.
