I visited the store a couple times a few days ago. Every rep I came into contact with were nice. On this particular day I was helped by Itzel and Spencer. They were AWESOME!! They really went out of their way to help me and I genuinely appreciated it. They truly rock!! I’m still having this same issue and can not seem to get it resolved. I’m actually on hold now with spectrum mobile to see if they can figure it or have a resolution to this problem 🤦🏾♀️. Overall thank you Itzel and Spencer for you guys help!!!! Y’all were truly great!!!
