Confused set of people.. never have parts and they got me going back n fort for the smallest things

Website says they open at 7:00. Waited in the parking lot and called at 7:30 and was told they opened at 8:00. I said “it says online you open at 7” the lady said “well, we don’t” and hung up on me. At 8:15 (doors still not unlocked) a man casually strolls by me and all the other cars waiting and 20 more minutes later he comes out and announces that they will not be seeing any cars until after 11:00.This place is an absolute joke.

Great price for the auto services provided such as oil changes when they have the oil in stock. You may need to buy it off the shelf.
