We moved in back in 2021 and stayed for about a year and a half. Brand new to the RV world and learning as we went. Everyone there stepped up and helped us get set up. It is a quiet, safe place and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a full time park. Kevin, the manager, does a great job! He truly cares about the park and the folks in it. He works hard to keep the place looking good and ensures that everyone is happy. We had a great time there and would return!

The park is well taken care of and a wonderful place to stay. Never had any issues with any of the other residents. Everyone I met was super nice and very much added to the community. Park is kept clean and taken care of so no issues there. With trash service and mail on property it's one of the best parks I've stayed in. Kevin, the property manager, always keeps an eye on things and takes care of any problems that come up in a timely manner. Location is fantastic for quick grocery runs and tons of options for food too.

Fantastic location close to shopping and restaurants. Near enough to Fort Knox for a commute, a quiet and safe community for a reasonable price. The on-site manager works hard to meet your needs, above and beyond what's required. It's surprising how safe and remote this community feels despite being located right off Dixie highway.
