They have offered to have Cowboy Towing come get my car so I presume if you need a tow they will accommodate.
They have done work on my brakes and will honor the warranty if, for instance, my brakes warped causing a vibration upon application, something goes wrong. They can replace the rotors and pads for the same price or cheaper than just replacing the pads/shoes.
