Where have you been all my life?! I seriously cannot get over how brilliant this concept is. Walk-in (as a member), unbelievable prices, and the nicest docs. Joined, and now I pay about $13 for each adjustment. The doctors always know my chart (that I sit at a computer all day and am a care-giver on the side, my pain history, etc.). I actually cannot believe, for such an efficient, helpful service, that they take the time to read my chart and adjust accordingly. (See what I did there?..."adjust.") Sorry, but I am over the moon. I tried PT, ice, heat, Epsom salt baths, stretching, every pain medication under the sun, a neurologist (at Northwestern!), an orthopedic surgeon (at Northwestern!), OTHER chiropractors, and nothing touched my pain until I walked into this office. No lie. God bless you people...

Friendly, professional staff. Dr. Marc Long was caring, listened to my concerns, and seemed to want the best for me, the patient. He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I was able to get my exam, first adjustment, and care plan for $19! The same day I walked in was the same day that I started to feel relief. I finally have hope for my back and migraine issues. They have plans that get you an adjustment on a walk-in basis for $10-13! Real chiropractors who know what they are doing don't need to shoot you with radiation X-rays! They are open 7 days a week, which is so helpful with my schedule.

This place is fantastic! The doctors really care about your well being, the staff is nice and helpful, and they have great hours. I went after my back flared up and was able to see someone on a Sunday, start getting relief. Very happy with my experience so far.

You will not automatically receive the same chiropractor for each of your adjustments. We make our doctor schedules available so that if you find a doctor you prefer, you can stop by when they are at The Joint for an adjustment.
Yes, our chiropractors can adjust children of all ages, including infants and toddlers. We have discounted pricing on plans for those under 18.
Our clinic is an open adjustment room, so we do not have private rooms for our chiropractic adjustments. Further privacy in order to discuss issues of a medical nature will always be accomodated. You will remain fully clothed for the duration of your adjustment, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes.
At The Joint Chiropractic, we aim to get you efficiently adjusted and back to your busy day. As a returning patient, your chiropractic adjustment will last approximately 5-10 minutes.
New patient experiences at The Joint Chiropractic should last approximately 20-30 minutes. This includes completing initial paperwork, a consultation, exam, and adjustment.
The Joint can provide chiropractic adjustments for our pregnant patients. One of the most important times for a woman to receive chiropractic care is during her pregnancy.
The Joint specializes in routine chiropractic adjustments, and therefore we do not offer massage therapy. Our chiropractors can provide manual adjustments to help you with your current condition.
We make it easy to receive chiropractic adjustments on your terms. We offer a wide range of care options including a walk-in price, flexible packages, and a discounted Wellness Plan. You do not have to sign a contract in order to drop by The Joint Chiropractic and receive care.
We do not accept insurance. We are dedicated to making chiropractic adjustments accessible to everyone, and therefore we keep our prices lower than most co pays, eliminating the need to accept insurance.
Yes!. All of our chiropractic clinics are open on Saturday, and some are open on Sunday as well. The Joint Chiropractic is also open in the evening, so you can stop by after work when most clinics are closed for an adjustment.
No! We are a walk-in chiropractic clinic, so you can drop by for an adjustment when it is most convenient for you. However, we recommend giving us a call before your first visit to learn the best time to come as a new patient. Some locations do not accept new patients within the hour before closing, and some offer the option of appointments for new patients if you would like.
